Water bills are due on the 25th of the month. If you are unable to pay it during business hours, there is a night drop box at Village Hall. The Beckemeyer Branch of Germantown Trust & Savings also accepts the water bill payments and Direct Debit is now available.

Trash pickup is on Tuesdays – have your trash out by 6:00 am. Waste Management is the garbage contractor and they provide the trash totes that must be used. They will pickup one large (bulk) item per month per residence. Contact Village Hall to schedule this pickup. Mattresses must be wrapped in plastic.

The city dump is located on East First Street and is to be used for yard waste only. Only yard waste accumulated within the Village may be brought to the dump and is only for the use of Village residents. The dump is under surveillance and violators will be ticketed.

Building permits are required for all new buildings, home additions, fences, dog pens, storage sheds, concrete, etc. There are fees associated with obtaining a permit and it is required to obtain a permit prior to construction of your project.

Leash law for pets is strictly enforced in the Village.

Four-wheelers are prohibited on the streets of Beckemeyer. Side by sides and golf carts are allowed if they are street legal. Review the ordinance at Village Hall to determine what is street legal.

Swimming pools are required to have a 4 foot fence around ground level pools and a 2 foot fence around the top of above-ground pools
